Customer Brought in his 01 honda S2000. He had recently bought the car used and was unsure of the parts in the car. He complained that his clutch was making noise.
first thing we noticed was the slave cyclinder. Over sized and reverse mounted. Pedal feels like stock.
On removing the trans we found the car had an os gicken single plate.
There was nothing wrong with the clutch. Noise was from the aggresive disc.
driving the car was great. Stock pedal feel was nice, but truely felt like a race clutch. harsh engament. clutch did what I wanted every time with no slippage.
On a last note this clutch and flywheel combo is very lite in weight. Car rev up like no other. |
