Arc air box. People responce to seeing this airbox under your hood is either wow or what a waste of money.
This air box features two very large flat panel air filters. More surface area to suck through than your standard cone filter. Stock intake hose is used. Large intake box fitted in front of fans. While drive large amounts of air blow accross box. Cooling it and trying to minimize heat soak.
Notice upper arc panel that bridges gap between radiator and box. Notice the angle of the box. these two parts help direct air outside air across box. Of course not all heat soak is controled
Really dyno testing and tempature checks while driving is the only way to prove arc design over the cheaper more cost effective brands.
Note: very easy to install and sounds great. |
