just had this car dropped off. customer bolted engine in and thats it. So we will show the beginning to end.

went through all the customers parts and started working out what was needed. First thing accomplished was the clutch line. total cost of parts was about $45.

On order presently for this swap is a hasport harness. will be mocking up the left hand radiator set up in the next few days.

Only took three day to receive hasport sub harness. Now i am presently tracking down engine main harness.

found rsx engine main harness $200 (may never get another one for that price)
hasport sub harness was $300
but customer supplied ecu not sure on cost.

pic of harness and subharness.






next I will be locating a throttle body.

decided to mock up our radiator support. Owner of car had cut out all original radiator and condenser mounts. Radiator we are using is a koyo rad. It will now be drivers side mounted.

prepped the lower portion of the core support. added in a piece of sheet metal to weld onto.




beginning stage of weld in mount piece.

mount complete. top mount will be a stock bracket.

Located Rsx drive by cable throttle body. Ordered new rsx throttle cable ($35.00)



left si drive by wire. right rsx drive by cable





Used blox throttle body adapter.







For the exhaust manifold we are using a Hybrid K-Series Header. Very nice headers. perfect fit









On to the shifter assembly. Buddy club rsx shifter assembly. Used rsx shift cables and karcepts shifter mounting plate.
